3️⃣ Use potatoes as your carbs source. Seriously, they don’t make you fat. Potatoes are one of the most satiating foods out there, and contain 4 times fewer calories (per 100 gram) than rice and pasta.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
