I figured I’d share this with you guys it’s a good beginner-intermediate level ab routine

Do each exercise consecutively 30 seconds each. 5 sets in total. I’d do this 3 times a week
.
Remember you can do all the ab exercises in the world but until you lower your body fat percentage your abs aren’t going to pop
