Honestly, though, these bullet points could all apply to either side ???

Training to get bigger will inherently help you get stronger, and training to get stronger will almost always result in getting bigger.
•
You can do either one working in any rep range, lower ones just tend to be more efficient specifically for lifting more weight over time…
•
On the other hand, it can be easier to focus on FEELING the muscle work and achieving quality activation and range of motion when using less weight in higher rep ranges.
•
The point is, they’re really not mutually exclusive, and a well-rounded strength training routine—for any goal—places at least SOME amount of focus on both.
