Not all fruit is created equal!
Dried fruit is tasty but it contains a lot more added sugar and calories. It is not as filling as regular fruit.
If you are trying to lose fat, try to opt for fresh/frozen fruit because you will get fiber and nutrients without having to worry about added ingredients.
The regular banana will keep you full for only 90 calories. The same amount of weight in dried fruit (100g) has a lot more calories and sugar
