When it comes to fat loss, you don’t have to overcomplicate things!
Here are some lunch and dinner ideas I put together for you all.
When you learn to cook at home by using ingredients you buy from the store, you will find that fat loss / muscle gain is actually not that complicated / expensive!
Fat is loss is tough, no doubt about it. But fat loss does not have to be overcomplicated and super stressful.
In order to lose fat, you want to make sure you are in a calorie deficit, meaning you burn more calories than you consume.
No certain food makes you gain or lose fat. But making a simple and filling meal will help you stay within your calorie goals.
When I first started out on my weight loss journey, I kept it very simple and I still do.
I choose a few protein sources that I really enjoy. I like chicken, ground turkey, and lean beef.
I also choose a few carbohydrate sources that I like. I like sweet potatoes, rice, and beans.
Also, make sure you are getting your veggies in! Veggies are low in calories but high in nutrients. They also contain a great amount of fiber which helps us stay full.
Veggies are great because you can fill up on them due to them being low in calories.
When you combine all of these sources, you will have a tasty and simple meal.
When it comes to fat loss, it all comes down to the number of calories you are consuming. You want to make sure that you are in calorie deficit when your goal is fat loss.
Also, making sure we are eating real, whole foods is also very important.
We don’t want to be consuming processed foods all the time because it can affect our performance and health!
