When you’re out and about, snacks can be useful when hunger 😩 hits.
Many snacks are high in refined carbs and sugar which can leave you unsatisfied and craving more food…
Protein promotes fullness because it signals the release of appetite-suppressing hormones, slows digestion and stabilises blood sugar levels.
So when you know you have a busy day ahead, make sure to plan 🙇🏻♀️ your snacks ahead of time.
You guys know 🙋🏻♀️ I’m a snacker and I will generally have a snack or 2 😜 in between my meals.
Generally in my bag 👜 you’ll always find a protein bar and some nuts.
Here are some of my favourite protein snacks on the go.
1️⃣ 🍫Protein bar.
2️⃣ 🍎Apple with nut butter.
3️⃣ 🍪Protein balls.
4️⃣ 🍶 Greek yoghurt.
5️⃣ 🥕Hummus with veggies sticks.

8️⃣ 🥚 Boiled eggs.
9️⃣ 🐟 Tuna.
