When you’re out and about, snacks can be useful when hunger ? hits.
Many snacks are high in refined carbs and sugar which can leave you unsatisfied and craving more food…
Protein promotes fullness because it signals the release of appetite-suppressing hormones, slows digestion and stabilises blood sugar levels.
So when you know you have a busy day ahead, make sure to plan ??♀️ your snacks ahead of time.
You guys know ??♀️ I’m a snacker and I will generally have a snack or 2 ? in between my meals.
Generally in my bag ? you’ll always find a protein bar and some nuts.
Here are some of my favourite protein snacks on the go.

4️⃣ ? Greek yoghurt.
