In order to lose weight, there are a few fundamentals that you need to internalise to be successful⁠⠀

NUTRITION:⁠⠀
1️⃣ Eat in a calorie deficit – this comes first and foremost and is the most important of all the points⁠⠀
⁠⠀
2️⃣ Protein is essential to maintain muscle so you look sexy AF, and allows you to increase your basal metabolic rate.⁠⠀
⁠⠀
3️⃣ Make sure you have adequate hydration to avoid ⁠⠀
overeating, and to ensure you have energy throughout the day!⁠⠀
⁠⠀
EXERCISE:⁠⠀
1️⃣ Strength training is key! It builds muscle, burns calories during and after, and increases your metabolism⁠⠀
⁠⠀
2️⃣ You need to incorporate rest days in order to recover fully from your workouts and be ready for the next one!⁠⠀
⁠⠀
3️⃣ HAVE FUN! If you dread your workouts, it’s time to switch it up!⁠⠀

MINDSET⁠⠀
1️⃣ Be patient – this shit takes time! You didn’t gain all your weight in 30 days, you won’t lose it in 30 days.⁠⠀

2️⃣ Consistency is key! If you fail one day, that’s fine get straight back to it! It’s what you do the MAJORITY of the time that counts⁠⠀

3️⃣ Live your life guys – see your friends, go out for dinner, have a drink. You can still lose weight without sacrificing your life (also see the above point).⁠⠀
