You want whole fermented soy. These items are the most nutrient dense soy items and they are the least processed.

Everything on the right is heavily processed, harder to digest and lack the same nutrients as their whole food counterparts.

The idea is to have the foods closet to what nature intended.

You might also find that if you don’t do well with soy in general, that you do better with the items on the left vs the items on the right!
