Your goal is fat loss; you have been tracking everything, feel like you are doing a fantastic job, then no progress, weeks go by, and nothing is budging. I know the feeling because I have also been there.
I soon realised how quick incidental calories add up or otherwise known as calorie leaks.
Small bites, nibbles here and there (essentially not adding to your satiety but merely adding a bunch of extra unwanted, unneeded calories)
In isolation, 1 tiny 50 calorie nibble isn’t much but when you compound this over 3-4 nibbles per day for weeks on end, it can be enough to stop your fat loss efforts altogether.
IF you are not making progress and have now realised you aren’t tracking every single little thing you could be. Take a week or two and try not eating anything outside your planned meals and/or snacks. If it goes in your mouth, track it, just to see how it affects your daily calories.
