Your goal is fat loss; you have been tracking everything, feel like you are doing a fantastic job, then no progress, weeks go by, and nothing is budging. I know the feeling because I have also been there.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

I soon realised how quick incidental calories add up or otherwise known as calorie leaks.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Small bites, nibbles here and there (essentially not adding to your satiety but merely adding a bunch of extra unwanted, unneeded calories) ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
In isolation, 1 tiny 50 calorie nibble isn’t much but when you compound this over 3-4 nibbles per day for weeks on end, it can be enough to stop your fat loss efforts altogether. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
IF you are not making progress and have now realised you aren’t tracking every single little thing you could be. Take a week or two and try not eating anything outside your planned meals and/or snacks. If it goes in your mouth, track it, just to see how it affects your daily calories.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
