This killer workout is designed to hit the whole back and leave you walking out of the gym knowing you’ve got a hard workout in! –
1. You should train your back at least twice per week. It’s easy to hit your back that much when you’re doing the right workout split (push pull legs for example). –
Many people are using sub optimal splits and because of that they only train their back once per week and that’s that’s not efficient!

2. Heavy deadlifts, pull ups and rows are very important to grow a big back. Keep improving on these 3 exercises and you will get a big back in no time! .

3. Without the right technique you will not hit your back muscles right. That’s why it’s important to learn the right technique! Many people focusing on their arms during pull ups chin ups and rows but that’s false. You must learn to visualize your arms as hooks to utilize your back.
