Although eating food has never been a problem for me and my never ending appetite, I know a lot of people who are trying to gain size struggle to eat enough calories throughout the day. My recommendation is always to make your own weight gain shakes like the one on the top. This is just an example and you should feel free to add or subtract some ingredients and change the portions to hit your own goals but this is a relatively easy way to get in calories.

I usually advise to eat your calories when cutting since it will keep you fuller and more satisfied but the shake on the bottom is a convenient and a more macro friendly option if you’re a shake kind of person.
