If you are someone looking to lose fat I would suggest the left side as it gives you good amounts of proteins, carbs, and fats but is going to stay in the realm of low calories.

On the other hand the right side would be great for someone trying to bulk up. You wanna consume a lot of calories and protein and that oatmeal gives you just that.
