Anyone can get into the best shape of their life, just be patient, workout consistently, don’t cheat on your diet the results will come.. just don’t give up after 2 weeks because you think you should’ve lost more than 5 pounds when in reality you just lost 5 pounds that’s an accomplishment and progress?
