I’m keeping it real. Calories from liquids like soda, beer, sugary juices, etc. are not filling but they are loaded with calories.⁣

On the right side of the graphic, we have the same 3 meals that are all paired with 0 calorie beverages.⁣

The left side equates to 2630 calories.⁣

The right side equates to 1960 calories.⁣

You are eating the same amount of food, but you are consuming 670 more calories per day.⁣

670 more calories a day x 7 days a week = 4690 more calories per week.

And this is on the SAFER SIDE! If you drink sodas and juices between meals, it can be even more than that.⁣

I want you to succeed when it comes to fat loss, and I don’t want you to keep spinning your wheels.⁣

If you want to speed up your fat loss progress, I would definitely suggest you drop the liquid calories, or at least MINIMIZE them to the best of your ability.⁣
