How Liquid Calories Mess Up Fat Loss Progress @vatcheshakarian A lot of people are struggling with fat loss, which is very common. It is not easy!
But do you know what ISN’T making it any easier? Drinking calories from liquids!
I’m keeping it real. Calories from liquids like soda, beer, sugary juices, etc. are not filling but they are loaded with calories.
On the left side of the graphic, we have 3 meals that are all paired with a drink that contains calories.
On the right side of the graphic, we have the same 3 meals that are all paired with 0 calorie beverages.
The left side equates to 2630 calories.
The right side equates to 1960 calories.
You are eating the same amount of food, but you are consuming 670 more calories per day.
670 more calories a day x 7 days a week = 4690 more calories per week.
And this is on the SAFER SIDE! If you drink sodas and juices between meals, it can be even more than that.
I want you to succeed when it comes to fat loss, and I don’t want you to keep spinning your wheels.
If you want to speed up your fat loss progress, I would definitely suggest you drop the liquid calories, or at least MINIMIZE them to the best of your ability.
I hope this infographic puts things into perspective.
