Here are a few things you can eat that should help you get and stay asleep⠀

Magnesium, Tryptophan, Serotonin and Melatonin are all responsible for sleep in their own way. The first 3 help with production of Melatonin, which is responsible for our sleep cycle. You want Melatonin to be high right before sleeping ?⠀

I would not suggest having a huge meal before sleeping (like a giant turkey meal), but a few small slices or any of these other options will definitely help you sleep a bit better ?⠀
