The goal is to do each workout for 4 sets, and for between 8-12 reps. I would work on increasing your lifts each week. Whether it be adding reps or adding weight you want to try and keep advancing.

Once you feel comfortable doing this workout, try and add some more exercises or move into a program such as PPL (Push/Pull/Legs).
