Well, the truth is there are no healthy and sustainable ways to lose fat fast. However, if you don’t waste time and money trying to look for shortcuts and work hard consistently from the beginning instead, you’ll certainly get there faster.

Most importantly, follow a well balanced diet and eat in a caloric deficit. If you’re eating less calories than your body needs to maintain its weight then you will lose weight. That doesn’t mean starve yourself. Yes, you may lose weight at first by starving yourself but it’s not healthy or sustainable long term.

Implement some cardio and please don’t buy into those useless body wraps that won’t do anything other than make you look ridiculous. The amount you choose to do will depend on several factors such as your metabolism, how many calories you’re eating, how much you have to lose, your daily activity level, personal preference, etc. Cardio is simply a tool to burn calories to help you create a larger caloric deficit.

Continue lifting weights. Weight lifting burns calories and builds muscle which will help you reach your fat loss goals. FitTea isn’t going to help you. A fat burner won’t do anything for you on its own but may help very slightly if you’re already doing everything else correctly.
