Of course, the best is whatever makes you eat the most of it (it = healthy plant foods). If you don’t like red onions then eat white onions. They are both healthy but if you don’t mind then go for the red one and other colorful options to get extra antioxidants in which fight off free radicals ? and keep us healthy
