The routine of someone that works a 9-5 job can be tricky given the fact when your shift finishes you are tired and don’t feel like working out and it takes a lot of dedication to wake up at 6am everyday to get a session in before work.??♂️

Unfortunately having such long shifts means you either have to sacrifice some relaxation time at home or sacrifice your workout therefore I recommend training at least 3x per week following either a full body, upper lower or push pull legs split.?

Take a prepped meal in to work with you to eat on break and some healthy snacks that include protein.✅
