This is WHY so many people who say ‘They eat well and exercise’ ALL week, but just “cannot lose weight”.

They MESS it up through eating more calories than usual over the weekend which just balances out their weekly calorie intake to maintenance, or worse case scenario, into a surplus and end up gaining weight!

…I get it, you’ve worked hard all week and you just want to relax and unwind over the weekend ??♂️??♀️ of course, you deserve that and everyone needs a LIFE!??♂️

I’m not saying you can’t have higher calorie days, but if your goal is FAT/WEIGHT LOSS you need to be mindful of the calories you’re consuming and still fit into an overall weekly deficit.
