I would suggest aiming for 8-12 reps for 4 sets. If you can do 12 reps on each set, it’s not heavy enough. 10 reps should be the « target » ?

Aim for a 2 minute break between sets ⏱

If you’re consistent with this workout and with a slight caloric surplus and 1 gram of protein per lb of lean bodyweight, you’ll have great results. You just need to work hard and be patient ?

Always try to be increasing the weight gradually but make sure that you’re using excellent form ??
