With your lifts:
5. Start with heavy compounds – Will help increase strength gains and overall muscle gains more than isolations.
6. Listen to music – Will give you that extra boost of motivation
7. Turn off notifications – Will stop you getting distracted by friends or social media
8. GET STRONGER – Cus GET STRONGER
9. GET A PUMP – Will boost your ego 💪

After your train
