2) Eat plenty of veggies. Veggies are low in calories and high in fiber. You can eat a lot of veggies and the calories won’t add up quickly. The fiber and nutrients from the veggies will have you feeling full and good!
3) Eat 1 big salad a day. If you struggle with hunger, I would recommend eating a big salad. Salads are great because they are filling and low in calories (if you don’t pour the entire salad dressing bottle over it) haha. I feel full and satisfied after a salad.
4) Make most of your meals at home. This is a big one. Learning to cook your own meals and preparing your own meals can really help your fat loss efforts. You have more control of the calories and ingredients. Going out to eat constantly can hinder your progress
5) Try limiting or avoiding liquid calories. Drinks like juices and sodas don’t provide any nutritional value and the calories can add up quickly! A few hundred calories every day from juices can equate to 1000+ calories throughout the week from drinks alone. Try to opt for 0 calorie beverages and mostly water / tea / coffee.
6) Exercise regularly. Exercising is great for your heart and well-being. Exercise, like weight lifting, helps you be stronger and helps you build muscle as well. It also helps burn calories. Exercise is great for fat loss and for general health!
