Eve focuses on using food to support your physical and mental health.
Her own gut suffered when she started eating poorly during the early years of her career, skipping meals and trying fad diets.
When her poor gut health began to negatively impact her life, Eve changed her ways and was inspired to become a nutritional therapist.
She spoke with Express.co.uk about ways to ease constipation, including foods that can help movement.
She recommended a home remedy anyone can add to their breakfast she claims will help with constipation.

“Add this to your morning oats or simply mix with some yogurt.”
Flaxseed is a natural remedy for constipation, which is high in soluble fibre.
Soluble fibre makes stools easier to pass because they dissolve in water, loosening poos.
It’s important to take your time to pass stools, Eve said, and think about how you sit.
