Common herbs used in enhancing the taste of delicacies, Parsley was traditionally used to regularize the menstrual cycles. This is due to the presence of compounds: Apiol and Myristicin that lead to contractions of the uterus. Drinking Parsley tea is a great way to induce periods naturally.
The combination of clove and ginger creates heat in the body, which leads to contractions of the uterus, which helps in inducing periods. A melange of parsley and ginger also helps in stimulating the menstrual flow.
Carom seeds induce heat in the body and when paired with jaggery, this simple home remedy helps in regularizing periods naturally. This combination also helps in relieving period cramps. You can drink it as a carom tea or just a mix of carom seeds powder with melted jaggery.
Preparing a concoction of coriander seeds and cumin seeds by boiling 1 teaspoon of each in 2 cups of water. Strain the tea and drink it in the morning, this helps in stimulating the menstrual cycle.
