Today’s “amazing discovery” was a post by trained herbalist / nutritionist Todd Caldecott about how he completely got rid of an unsightly mole on his forehead in under a week using apple cider vinegar! The entire process was painless and simple.
This will be great news for many however he does advise that it should be ascertained by a doctor that a mole is not of the cancerous variety before commencing.
Apple Cider Vinegar (also known as simply “ACV”) has been a home remedy for numerous conditions since ancient times and is pretty much a staple within natural health circles.
ACV has great antimicrobial qualities and in addition to being a popular choice among the natural food community, is often added to water to make a rinse for vegetables – which may help get rid of potentially dangerous bacteria.
